This map shows the location of all infill projects in the Downtown Denver area by Construction Status.  DenverInfill.com does not include any project that was  completed prior to Spring 2000.

The colors indicate the project's status:

Green = Completed

Purple = Under Construction

Yellow = Planned

For project information, visit the Downtown Main Map section for projects located inside the red boundaries, the Center City Neighborhoods section for projects located inside the blue boundaries, or the Infill Scoreboard section

for brief statistics on each project presented in tabular format.

The map below shows the location of all infill projects in the Downtown Denver area by Number of Floors. 

The colors indicate the building's classification by number of floors:

Yellow = 21 Stories or More

Red = 16 - 20 Stories

Green = 11 - 15 Stories

Blue = 6 - 10 Stories

Purple = 1 - 5 Stories

Projects with unknown number of floors have been excluded from this map.

New Denver Skyline

The image below shows 12 of the larger infill projects simulated into the Downtown Denver skyline.   The added buildings are versions of the architect's actual rendering modified to match the perspective and scale of this aerial photo, or facsimiles of these buildings created by DenverInfill.  The 12 added buildings in this image are:

More buildings will be added to this image as infill projects are announced or as designs evolve.

Hot spots have been added over the new buildings, as well as over the location of two other proposed infill projects, the Denver Justice Center and the Denver Art Museum mixed-use development.  Each hot

spot provides a screen tip with the project name and a link to the appropriate page for the project in question. 

The base photo was obtained from the Downtown Denver Partnership, which annually provides an excellent aerial photo of Downtown Denver.
