The portion of the Four Seasons site at the corner of 14th and Lawrence will
be used for short-term and valet parking; however, a future 2nd tower of
approximately 30 stories is planned for this corner, if market demand
warrants. |
This
block was once the site of a proposed 640,000 SF office tower by Hines, the
42-story 1100 15th Street, at the corner of 15th Street and Arapahoe. Proposed
in the early 2000s, the project was shelved in 2002 due to a weak office
market. By 2008, with the office market once again strong, there is talk
that Hines may revisit their plans for the site, which would still fit in
the remaining vacant one-third of the block along 15th Street. View
