On the half block facing 15th Street:

Name: 1515 Wynkoop

Type: Office with ground-floor retail

Square Footage: 300,000 SF

Description: An 8-story office building with ground floor retail and three levels of  underground parking. The project is pre-certified LEED Silver.

Cost: $90 million

Developer: Hines

Architect: Hartman-Cox

Current status: Construction began in March 2007. Completion scheduled for late 2008.

Description: A 9-story office building with ground floor retail and underground parking. The building is LEED Gold certified.

Cost: $70 million

Developer: Opus Northwest for the General Services Administration

Architect: Zimmer-Gunsul-Frasca Architects

Current status: Project completed Winter 2007.
