Block at 100% developed!

In late 1999, a major infill project, 1899 Wynkoop, was completed on this block. 1899 Wynkoop is a 165,000 SF office building with ground floor retail and underground parking.  The $30 million project was designed by Shears-Adkins Architects.

* East of 15th Street, Wewatta Street shifts one block to the north and runs along the Delgany Street alignment due to the railroad tracks behind Union Station.

This block is home to the prominent Ice House building (now loft condominiums) and 1899 Wynkoop, a new building that was a significant infill development from the late 1990s.  Together, they complement each other well and make this block a solid contributor to the urban character of Lower Downtown.
