Block at
100% developed!
In late
1999, a major infill project, 1899 Wynkoop, was completed on this block. 1899 Wynkoop is a
165,000 SF office building with ground floor retail and underground parking.
The $30 million project was designed by Shears-Adkins Architects.
* East of 15th Street,
Wewatta Street shifts one block to the north and runs along the Delgany
Street alignment due to the railroad tracks behind Union Station. |
This block
is home to the prominent Ice House building (now loft condominiums) and 1899
Wynkoop, a
new building that was a significant infill development from the late 1990s.
Together, they complement each other well and make this block a solid
contributor to the urban character of Lower Downtown.
