This block
received a big dose of infill in 2002 with the completion of the Off
Broadway Lofts, the first significant new residential project in this
underdeveloped part of Downtown. The building nicely complements the older existing building
at 21st and Stout while featuring its own contemporary look.
The corner
lot at 22nd and Champa remains as a nice site for another residential
