is a block overrun by asphalt and, except for the beautiful St. Andrew's
Episcopal Church, essentially undeveloped. This block is across 20th
Street from a light rail station and is zoned B-8, described in the Denver
Zoning Code as "an intense general business/very high density residential
zone district primarily for activity centers. It provides for the
concentration of residential, personal and business services and retail, and
cultural uses at an intensity level necessary to be efficiently served by
mass transit facilities."
This block
