This block
is currently all surface parking, except for an abandoned house. It
sits one block from the 20th & Welton Light Rail station and is one of many
underdeveloped blocks that typify this part of Downtown.
Any new
development on the Glenarm side of this block should step down in height, as
the block immediately to the south (Block 190) contains beautiful 2 - 3
story Victorian homes and row houses (part of the Clements Historic
District).
