This block is fully occupied by the Adams Mark Hotel.  Originally the site of I.M. Pei's Courthouse Square, with its May D&F department store and hyperbolic paraboloid, the site was redeveloped in the late 1990s as the expansion site for the Adams Mark, which has its main tower across Court Place on Block 231.
