I’ve finally run across a rendering of the Zi Lofts, a new project planned for 2229 Blake in the Ballpark neighborhood. The project will include 36 condominium units and ground-floor commercial in a 7-story building. Not the best rendering, but here it is anyway:
Groundbreaking is planned for September, 2006.

It looks like a lot of the renderings out have no plans for tree’s. Are they just not drawn in or are they really not going to plant trees.

Zi is somewhat reasonably priced in a great location
we will see who leases the retail
