		<description>Does anyone have insight into the market for the smaller scale condo projects that continue to go up, particularly in the Highland and Uptown areas?  It seems there are a lot of projects in process.  I just wonder what the market is like for these, particularly those in the over $500,000 range, which many developers seem to favor.</description>
