I'd personally like some more classic buildings like 16 Market Square across from Market Street Station, but I'll take whatever comes along. Any new development is better than parking lots, right? If forms are actually functional they seem to look good in my opinion. But these forms are kind of like an odd collage. Those roof-top additions might end up looking like the "prison towers" we see on the Metro at Prospect ... but let's hope not.
