		<description>I live a couple blocks away from the new development.  It&#039;ll be a great addition to the neighborhood.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Looks great in this diagram--let&#039;s hope there&#039;s plenty of real brick and other quality materials, and minimal fake stucco!</description>

I&#039;d personally like some more classic buildings like 16 Market Square across from Market Street Station, but I&#039;ll take whatever comes along. Any new development  is better than parking lots, right? At least this building is built at a human scale and has a nice rhythm at street level.</description>
