Joeindt: that's exactly what I think whenever I heard "Justice Center". Poor Aquaman can't do much out here though. Well, he can't do much anywhere, really.

It is exciting to see these projects get started.
I really hope the state can find the $$ for the new building across Colfax. It looks really nice.

It's an early rendering, but here is the new justice center. I don't think anyone will be calling us a cowtown any more.

I hope with such strong public support recently like these two projects, along with the Denver Justice Center, Convention Center expansion, Performing Arts Center updating, Auraria Campus expansion, SE light rail and FasTracks that the private development will not slow as much here as in other cities during these harder economic times.

Has funding been approved for the state office building to be built on the other side of the park? I am anxious to see the Judicial Center and History Museum designs, even though it will probably be quite a while. I think there should be a Denver history museum as well. Two great locations for this museum would be the McNichols building in Civic Center Park or the nearby Evans School building.
