This site is across 16th Street at the point where the LR leaves Union Station, curves west then curves south to go out of the city. (See the Millenium Bridge in the background) Don't plan on this project happening any too quickly. Sunshine Development is a Springs based company with BAD business ethics currently involved in a law suite over their large development in the Springs.
