Steele/Sage down. Now it's time for Colorado Building (16th and California) to be renovated. I grimace every time I see how that structure is deteriorating…..

Oh, glass steps won't ever make a bar "trendy," they just make you slip all over the place when they get covered in spilled beer.

But I'm glad they'll put a bar there. It would be cool to see the 16th Street Mall become a big bar hop the way Pearl Street is a bar hop in Boulder. I'm not sure how many bars are already on it, but my impression is that the young people go out to different parts of Denver on Saturday nights.

andy… I think over the next six months or so for Sage Hospitality to move in. The bank probably sooner. I'm not sure if they've leased all of the GF retail yet.
