Christopher, most buildings at the base only do the fronts that look out to the street. The alleyway fronts would be a waste of their money were larger buildings built next to it.

If you look at some of the renderings it looks like the bottom portion where the garage is will have some kind of metal flashing on the exterior. Similar to the convention center parking garage. If so that should take care of the blank wall

Yeah, that blank wall is kind of annoying. Great place for advertising though. Does Denver have a prohibition against building use of billboards? It seems that other cities have plenty of them but Denver has none. As much as I don't care for advertising, it's usually something better to look at than grey bricks.

I'm glad the building is glassy! It will reflect nicely off the convention center with light, reflections, etc. Also glad to see the Four Seasons finally chuggin' along! Any hints on when Mr. Geller might start his beauty? Hey Ken, do you know how much taller the Spire will be than the Brooks Towers?

The glass is awesome.

I hope they've got plans for a massive mural on the side of that blank wall facing 15th. It doesn't sound like anything is going to be developed there for a very long time, so it would be too bad if that 10 story wall was left blank for the next few decades.

Mural or no mural, this building is going to really improve our skyline.
