I was thinking those were a bit taller than regular res floors. And I was wondering what the heck they were doing over under the Convention Center. That'd spot would go great for a newsvendor/small grocery/snack bar once they're done with the sales office.

I was totally wrong!

If they are at 32 floors now, we can expect another 100 feet of building and then another 30 feet to the tippy-top. Their floor-to-floors are a whooping 10'-8"! Nice.

Try about 90 feet. Residential floors are typically between 8 and 9' in height, give or take. Four Seasons' floor-to-floor will probably be about 10'.

Commercial buildings range in floor-to-floor height of 12-14'

Their sales center will open across the street under the convention center loading docks, at the end of January or early February.

Nah. 9 stories, plus a bit of the citadel thingy on top...I'd say only another 125 feet at most.

At 32 stories, I thought I'd see more of an impact on the skyline, but I live on the east side of Denver so maybe that's why I don't. Maybe another nine stories means another 200 feet in height?
