These developments are much better looking than the ones in Capitol Hill. I'm not really a big fan of Riverclay, though. Anyways, I noticed that an infill project, on the corner of 21st and Curtis (block 92) in Arapahoe Square is about halfway done. It looks like it's another condominium project.

Personally, The River Clay sucks in more ways the one,
but perhaps if they re-paint in not so much of a "clayish"
color, it'd look more attractive.

Those aren't walkways on Riverclay, they are a many different balconies. Personally I think the Riverclay project looks awesome! It may not be the most expensive looking building in the world, but considering the unit prices I think it was done VERY well. I for one would like to see more projects like it around Denver.

I LOVE the JP Townhome Project! Anon 8:25- you're right- it does look like sheet music! Truly a beautiful, intuitive design.

those last two look like a cat burgaler's dream target...

I like the flow of the Jeff Park Townhome. Reminds me of sheet music.

Great that LEED is filtering down to smaller scale projects.

I'm not too sure about those exterior walkways on the Riverclay. Makes it looks like a cheap motel. I thought they did away with that format in the 70s??

Does anyone know how these projects are selling these days?

Just curious to see if central Denver continues to buck the trend of the nation, and the suburbs for that matter.

My neighborhood, Potter Highlands, is seeing several projects going up and getting started recently. I might go around and take some shots.
