One might say the same thing about the Eiffel Tower, The Big Wheel in London, the St Louis Arch.... Good architecture is meant to stand out like a proud thumb...

I can see everyone here is quite enthusiastic, but I have my doubts about this project. There's nothing else around it that it remotely close to its size. I worry that it will stick out like a sore thumb. I hope I'm wrong.

This is such good news! I'm really excited for this project to move forward in the next few years, with hope. I can't wait to see more things going up, especially while we're waiting for the economy to stabilize.

What a relief! If financing is an issue at this point, I have a private funding source. Let's do this thing!

If Buzz is reading these... I would also suggest he do whatever he can to push the city to hurry up with the Speer realignment. It would create a nearly 2-block creekside park in front of Larimer Square and his building.

I've been waiting to hear this since 1 pm yesterday. Congrats and good luck with an awesome landmark for the Denver skyline... no more cow-town architecture!
