		<description>I really like what the Auraria Science Building did for that - albeit small - strectch of Speer.  Feels a lot more &quot;urban&quot; now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, I like the Solera building.  That&#039;s the perfect area for development in Denver.  All those randomly higher-end townhouse/condo developments above 20th feel like they jumped the gun a bit.  They&#039;re in an area that&#039;s still somewhat light-industrial and where there is very little - if any - retail to support the residential.  Filling in the gap between downtown and those projects with residential and ground floor retail would go a long way to making those projects more attractive to buyers.</description>
