		<description>Wow!  More great news.  I am pleased that LDDRB is requiring them to put something else besides a surface parking lot in.  It shows we&#039;ve come a long way.  I think a small pocket park or garden would be nice and give Rockies fans a small oasis and could be used as a meet-up point.  As much as I hate to see 1900 16th sit empty, I would rather see this site developed.</description>
