Today I have a short and sweet update on The Logan that is being built in Capitol Hill. I was out enjoying the beautiful Denver weather we have been having and saw there has been some progress made.
The ground floor has been poured but one thing that has changed since last time I did an update on this was the elevator core. Since it is topped out at 5-stories, this gives you an idea of how much of an impact this will have on this intersection. Much better than the dirt field that was there.
Even these smaller projects have huge impacts in neighborhoods like Capitol Hill. I hope this is only the beginning!
I can see this project from my condo. It is very exciting to see a construction crane in this part of town.
Just an FYI, there was an early 20th C two story apartment building on this site originally
Here’s the web site for the project. Looks like some decent floor plans for a rental project. Judging by the plans, it also looks like they’ll have a “loft feel” inside with exposed concrete columns, etc.
