Delgany Apartments Update #1

Today I am happy to report that work has very much started on the 1490 Delgany site. Demolition has begun on the block, and watching it take place is great way to spend your afternoon. If you are unsure of the details of this development, head to Ken’s post here.



That’s quite the pile of rubble!


This leaves the little building “Energy House” on the 15th street side to be demolished and then work can begin on the apartments.

    Around Spear Blvd and Zuni St, there are a couple of buildings that are now fenced and seemed like these buildings ready to be demolished/ remodeled.
    Does anyone know what its all about?
    Its a huge area – hopefully something interesting is going on there.

    15th street is part of my daily route to work and I noticed today that they have started demolition on the building called “Energy House”. And Haggai, yes that is a going to be a huge apartment complex. Go here for more info:
