The Logan Update #3

Just down the road from the 8th & Emerson Apartments, The Logan (located at 6th Avenue and Logan Street) is really beginning to take shape. It’s great to see developments in Capitol Hill after decades have passed.

This development is topped out along with the wood framing nearly complete; so this gives you a good idea of scale. Underneath it all, The Logan houses 51 underground parking spaces.

As a refresher, The Logan is a 57-unit apartment building anticipating completion this fall. For floor-plans, leasing information and additional details check out their website.

The official name (“The Logan at Governor’s Park”) reminds me of the many silly subdivision names that we have. I wonder when Denver’s developers will finally let go of the old “The X at Y” naming thing?

As an aside, there are pinhole camera exhibitions in Brooklyn that are less hipster than the Logan’s website. It’s not hard to figure out what their target demo is. It put a smile on my face for the rest of the day…
