Zuni Corners Update #1

Today we are heading over to the Lower Highlands to take a look at the Zuni Corners project. This is a 7-unit townhome project designed so each unit feels like a corner unit. For some additional renderings and details of Zuni Corners, head over to Ken’s post here.

This development looks almost complete and really gives this corner of Zuni a great feel. There are a lot of new developments that have rounded edges curving along the road. Seeing some right angled set backs is a nice change. The color scheme used is a lot bolder and not as brown as the rendering showed. In this case, these fit in a lot better how they are now.

Zuni Street has changed drastically over the past few years. There is a great mix of lower and higher density projects all along the corridor contributing to the Lower Highlands becoming a very tightly knit urban neighborhood.

there appears to be another project across Zuni. Passed there last night and I saw some ground work happening.
