1756 Clarkson Update #1

Back in October, I wrote a post announcing the 1756 Clarkson project going up in Uptown. This may not be a huge full block development but is still a very exciting project helping restore the urban feel of Uptown.

We have a pit with a lot of activity! This is always a good sign making another plagued lot bite the dust. This will have quite the impact on Clarkson given everything around it is at a maximum of two stories (1756 Clarkson will be five stories total).

1756 Clarkson is expected to be done in the fall giving Uptown an additional 60 units. Keep the infill coming!

Do you know if this will be a condo development or an apartment development?

I have been very vague about this particular detail because I honestly haven’t been able to find out that information. All I have found on it is that it’s a ‘multifamily’ development. Given the current market we are in, I think it’s safe to assume it’s rental.
