Back in October, I wrote a post announcing the 1758 Clarkson project going up in Uptown. This may not be a huge full block development but is still a very exciting project helping restore the urban feel of Uptown.
We have a pit with a lot of activity! This is always a good sign making another plagued lot bite the dust! This will have quite the impact on Clarkson given everything around it is at a maximum of 2-stories (1758 Clarkson will be 5-stories total).
1758 Clarkson is expected to be done in the fall giving Uptown an additional 60-units. Keep the infill coming!
Do you know if this will be a condo development or an apartment development?
I have been very vague about this particular detail because I honestly haven’t been able to find out that information. All I have found on it is that it’s a ‘multifamily’ development. Given the current market we are in, I think it’s safe to assume it’s rental.
