As the title suggests, three additional tower cranes have been erected in Central Denver over the past week or so. As our boom spreads like wildfire, across all neighborhoods, the tower crane is now a staple element of the Denver skyline.
Let’s explore where these three new cranes are located. Exactly two weeks ago, crews were finishing up building the first tower crane at the Greystar Speer Boulevard project. The second crane was going in over the weekend. The other pair of cranes went up over in Arapahoe Square for the 21st and Welton Apartments.

Umm no notable skyscrapers are being built in Denver, other than 1155 15th, which Erik before Denver’s 4th gasket building. Denver needs a better skyline and better infill.
….which will become Denver’s 4th tallest building.
A little off-topic but any updates on the old Gates site, titled (version 2 or 3 now?) Broadway Station? In going through the proposed Denver GO Bond projects, I came across the Broadway Station Partners (developer’s) website – http://www.broadwaystation.com/ – which is certainly more up-to-date than the last DenverInfill update in Feb. 2014
