Over the past few months, since our last update on Riverview at 1700 Platte, the 210,000 square foot building has been making great progress. Not only is it above the street level, the project, as a whole, is close to topping out.

Let’s start out looking at the project from Platte Street, where the 9,309 square feet of retail will also reside. Here we can see that the concrete shell is working its way up. The southern four-story portion of the building, featured in the first photo, is very close to completely topping out.

When looking at the project from the river, you can see the topped out four-story portion of the project. In addition, this helps establish a nice street-wall of modern buildings along the Platte River.

We should expect to see the brick and glass facade start to go up in the near future which is when we will check back in on this project.
