Here's a summary of all the infill developments in Downtown Denver and the adjacent Center City neighborhoods.

Notes:

1. Text in blue are links to the appropriate map or block page

2. "Type" column:

R = Residential (rental or for-sale)

C = Commercial (typically retail)

O = Office

H = Hotel

P = Parking (general public)

I/G = Institutional/Governmental

Type codes are presented in descending order by percent of building occupied by each type.

3. "Floors" column:

Number of floors above ground.  Does not include underground parking levels or mechanical penthouses.

4. "Units/Rooms" column:

Units = Residential

Rooms = Hotel

5. "Square Feet" column

Typically only provided when primary use in building is office or commercial.

6. Use of the tilde ( ~ ) sign indicates data unavailable but estimated by DenverInfill.com pending more accurate information.

7. In the Center City Neighborhoods section, non-building projects (bridges, parks, etc.) from the Center City Neighborhoods pages are not included in the Scoreboard.  The Project Number is the same as used to identify the project on its Center City Neighborhood page.

8. In the Summary Statistics section, projects with estimated ( ~ ) unit or floor count values are included in group totals, but projects with "unknown" values are excluded.  Parking garage projects are also excluded from "Number of Floor" totals.
