Welcome to
DenverInfill.com! |
This website provides an overview of urban infill
development activity in the greater Downtown Denver area from 2000 through 2009, plus other cool
urban-Denver things like the
Special Features.
Please note: Since this website's
content represents a snapshot of Downtown Denver's development scene
from 2000 to 2009 and is no longer being updated, some of the projects
listed here as "proposed" may be now completed, while others may have
been cancelled long ago. Similarly, project information and renderings
found on this site may now be inaccurate or no longer even applicable.
Visitors should therefore view the project-related material on this
website as a retrospective on a decade-long development boom, and not as
a resource for current information.
However, the
DenverInfill Blog continues to report
on Denver's urban infill activities since 2009 and, in late 2010, a
companion blog, DenverUrbanism, was launched. While the
DenverInfill Blog highlights new infill construction within Denver's
urban core,
DenverUrbanism features news and
commentary about all the other aspects of urbanism that make for
great cities, such as multi-modal transportation, quality urban design
and placemaking, a pedestrian-focused public realm, sustainability, and
plans, policies, and programs that support these ideals.
