A year ago, I predicted that we were within a year of an announcement of a new "Tallest in Denver"
. . . Well this didn't happen, and since I've never been one to pass the buck or otherwise push off an error, I have to eat crow.
My appologies.

I wish they would have made the building look interesting. For the price per sq foot they are asking you would think they would use a top architecture firm and pay them to come up with a great design. Apparently that didnt happen. I guess the concept was brown box. Just what we need – another Class C building. On the bright side – it's slightly better than a parking. One more missed opportunity for something special.

It really is incredible what they can do with computer graphic software. This CG image looks like an actual photograph. I can't wait until the parking lot along 15th is redeveloped with a high-rise(Trump?). Skyline Park will be so much better when it is enclosed with tall buildings. It would then actually be "Skyline Park."

We are all so disappointed in you, anon 3:38- how dare you make such an outlandish prediction?!?!
J/K – we would all love a new tallest in Denver; however, as some have pointed out in the past, it is more important to fill in all the dead zones: parking lots, vacant land, etc. It's better for the urban fabric to have a variety of new small buildings rather than a few large ones.
On another note, four seasons will add a whole lot of flare to this block, which has long been one of those dead zones.

I like this new perspective, it reminds me of the Tiffany's in NY.

Dear anonymous,
Thank you for not passing the buck, and for admitting your error. It's not often that one takes responsibility so bravely for their mistakes.

Whatever happened to that office tower planned right next door on 15th? Or am I just imagining things?

Saint…You're not imagining anything. Hines was planning on an office building for that corner. They still own that portion of land, so somewhere down the line I imagine they will revisit the idea.
Okay, I have to admit when I'm wrong.
