The increasingly popular Jefferson Park neighborhood just west of Downtown Denver is getting another new infill project. A 21-unit for-sale condominium development, known as Clay\28th, recently broke ground at the southeast corner of W. 28th Avenue and Clay Street. I’ve marked the location on this GoogleEarth aerial:
Here are a couple of exterior renderings. The project architect is Kujawa Architecture of Chicago. Generation Development is the developer.
The project has a website at clay28th.com, so check it out for floor plans and additional information on the project.
I think this is a really pretty, modern apartment building. I hope to see more like this going up in Denver in the future.
believe it or not…these are CONDOS…an interesting test for the market, especially outside of LoHi (yes, i said it….)
i looked at buying this mini-house with big-lot a few years ago..it has some crazy grade on it in two directions…I’m guessing they take advantage of that for parking. very nice building!
