When I was out taking pictures of the Denver Union Station redevelopment, I caught a glimpse of the construction at 1490 Delgany from the parking structure I was on top of. I only have one picture for this update but it tells the whole story of what’s going on over there.

The entire lot is clear and all the buildings have been demolished on site to make way for the 10-story apartment building. On top of that, there is a red tower crane base set. Soon there will be yet another tower crane on the Union Station skyline.

This picture really shows how much of an impact a 10-story building will have in this area. It is a huge win for this intersection and will be a great addition to the 15th Street street-wall.
