New Project: The Logan Lofts

For-sale projects are few and far between in the current residential boom Downtown Denver and surrounding neighborhoods are experiencing. However, every once in a while there will be a smaller scale for-sale project that comes online. In the Speer neighborhood, directly east of Baker, there is a 24-unit, 3-story condo building that is under construction. The Logan Lofts will be situated on the southwest corner or East 1st Avenue and Logan Street. Here is a map with the site outlined.

Units will be on all three floors of the building with parking in the rear; which will be accessible through the alley. Each unit will include a patio and the building will have a shared rooftop deck. Here is a rendering courtesy of their website.

You can clearly see that construction has already begun and, since there is no excavation needed, we should see this rise quickly.

The Logan Lofts will include both one and two bedroom units ranging from 603 to 1,036 square feet. Prices for these units are $180k-$372k with an average of $340 per square foot.

A great big thanks to this website. I lived in Denver for 27yrs and left in 1990 for a job in Chicago. I am fortunate enough to get back a couple of times a year to see family. In between those visits you keep me up-to-date with all the construction going on in Denver. I never feel far from the action and it helps me plan the one day of my Denver visit where I do my best to visit all of the construction sights within the core city. I only wish every construction project has a web camera similar to the one at Union Station. Once again thanks and keep up the great work.
