Less than a month after our last update, mentioning that demolition was taking place, the site at 2nd Avenue and Saint Paul is completely clean and ready for construction. Needless to say, 210 Saint Paul has been making very quick progress.

210 Saint Paul will be providing the Cherry Creek North neighborhood with 76 apartment units, and 11,500 square feet of retail contained in an eight-story building. Excavation should be starting very soon.
