5280 Senior Residences Update #4

5280 Senior Residences is a 99-unit apartment community under construction in Denver’s Uptown district at 16th and Pennsylvania. For our previous updates on this project, click here.

The six-story building is making good progress. We’ve got a few photos for you from last weekend, starting with the views from the ends of the building:

The center of the building features a recessed main entry and lots of brick:

In case you missed this in one of our earlier posts, here’s a rendering of the finished product, courtesy of project architect, OZ Architecture. Shaw Construction is the general contractor and The Burgwyn Company is the developer.

We’ll swing by this project one more time for the final update in a few months.

My office window has a great view of this project, not a fan of the design, but that seems par for the course around Denver these last few years.

Glad to see all of these updates, hoping we get some new project announcements soon!

Thanks for all you guys do.
