With this post we wrap up our coverage of Infinity LoHi (formerly 28th & Vallejo Apartments), the Richman Group‘s three-building development in Lower Highland that is bringing 271 new rental homes to the popular downtown-edge neighborhood. While there are some finishing touches and landscaping yet to be completed on one building, residents have already started moving into the other two buildings, so we are making this our final update.
Building A is situated along Wyandot north of 28th and Building B fronts Vallejo north of 28th, with the alley separating Buildings A and B. Building C is the largest and covers the entire block bounded by Wyandot, Vallejo, 28th and 27th. Let’s tour the property, starting with Buildings A and B north of 28th Avenue.
These remaining images focus on Building C between 28th and 27th, which offers dramatic views of the downtown skyline.
Davis Partnership Architects designed the project and Milender White was the general contractor. Infinity LoHi is seeking LEED Silver certification.
I gotta say, I’m pleasantly surprised by how nice these came out. The renderings and massing had me like >___<
I like these a lot. I love how the different colors on the top floors give an almost faux-Mansard roof effect. Very nice project.
My friend and I have to drive by that building everyday and with the hodge-podge design scheme and awful attention to detail in the finishing work makes us cringe. Where is the building in the renderings?
