1880 Little Raven Update #4

The development previously known as Parkside Apartments is now 1880 Little Raven, the 161-home community under construction by Holland Partner Group, the firm that is wrapping up construction on Union Denver a couple of blocks away. Located in Downtown Denver’s Riverfront Park area, 1880 Little Raven is on pace for a Spring 2018 opening.

We’ve got some construction photos to share with you, plus… some new renderings! Let’s begin with the renderings, courtesy of Studio PBA, the project architect. In the first image we see the view of the corner at 19th and Little Raven. Notice the step-down from seven floors along the alley to four floors along Little Raven. The second image shows the view from Little Raven and the courtyard that separates 1880 Little Raven from their neighbor, the Brownstones at Riverfront Park.

Now to the construction photos…

First we have the view from the corner of 19th and Little Raven—the same perspective as the first rendering above—followed by shots looking down 19th Street and then Little Raven.

At the southern end of the site, we have the view looking north along Little Raven towards 19th Street and a close-up of the corner with the courtyard facing the Brownstones—similar to the second rendering above.

Our next update will be the final when we visit 1880 Little Raven upon completion in the spring.

    I wonder how much rent for a one-bedroom will be in the neighborhood come next summer?

    To me, it seems like SO much new apartment (not condo) housing stock has come online in the Riverfront and LoDo neighborhoods over the past 3 years that I feel like prices should stabilize, but of course, it is still a very desirable neighborhood. And should Amazon select Denver for HQ2, I feel like there will be an immediate surge in prices almost certainly all across the metro.

    Can we get an update on the multi-family development located at 201 E. MISSISSIPPI AVE, DENVER CO? Also, I can’t seem to find anything online regarding renderings, so please share if available. Below is a link to the developer:
