Gables Cherry Creek II Update #1

Less than a block away from Gables Jackson Street, Gables Cherry Creek Phase II has made a lot of progress since we announced it almost a year ago. This project will have a significant impact to the area as it will rise a total of eight stories, the same height as its neighbor 360 South Monroe Street.

Let’s start off by looking at the project from East Alameda Avenue. The project has completely topped out and facade work is currently underway. The side facing East Alameda Avenue, in the pictures below, will have a facade comprised of mostly brick and glass.

Gables Cherry Creek Phase II is very close to its neighbor as you can see in the photos below. There is just a small alley between both this and 360 South Monroe.

We have more Cherry Creek updates coming your way!
