255 Saint Paul Update #2

255 Saint Paul is making great vertical progress. Back in May, we reported that excavation was underway and a tower crane was installed on the project site. Present day, the concrete and steel structure is progressing nicely with some of the building features starting to show.

Let’s start out with a panorama looking at the project from across Saint Paul Street. Most of the structure is up two stories with some sections up to the third and fourth floor.

If you recall from our announcement post, 255 Saint Paul is split between two height limits. The four-story portion, towards East 3rd Avenue, is already topped out and steps down to two stories at the intersection. The seven-story portion of the building towards East 2nd Avenue, still has five floors to go.

The continuous base of 255 Saint Paul will feature 42,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, which will bring new life to this part of Saint Paul Street.
