Two new tower cranes have recently been erected around Central Downtown Denver, and are the only two standing in the district as the cranes for 1144 Fifteenth and Le Meridien were taken down late last year.

The first crane is for the 15th and Stout dual-brand hotel. The 21-story building is going to have quite an impact along 15th Street as there are not many tall buildings on the northeast side of the street.

The second tower crane is over at 999 17th Street for the glassy nine-story office building. The 28-story residential portion of the project, The Quincy, is just wrapping up construction and we will be swinging back in the near future for a final update on The Quincy.

Central Downtown Denver has potential for more tower cranes this year with projects such as Block 162 possibly getting underway.
