The new Circa Building at the corner of 16th and Platte in Lower Highland is so close to being finished that we are going to make this our final update on the project. Developed by Unico Properties and containing about 80,000 SF of offices and 10,000 SF of ground-floor restaurant/retail space, the Circa Building’s L-shaped design wraps around the circular ramp of the Highland Bridge and helps enclose the plaza at the base of the bridge. The Circa Building’s future ground-floor businesses will further activate an already lively pedestrian corner. For our previous posts on this project, click here.

With lots of brick and a design and scale that is harmonious with its historic neighbors, the Circa Building is a welcome addition to one of Downtown Denver’s most walkable streets!
