Back in January, we announced a new project that will take up another key parcel along the Speer Boulevard corridor. As a refresher, Modera West Wash Park will eventually rise eight stories, and provide 242 homes to the Speer neighborhood.
As we mentioned in our Summer 2018 Tower Crane Census, a new tower crane has been erected at this project site. Here are a couple photos of the new tower crane.
In addition to the new tower crane, the foundation and underground levels are now underway.
If you refer back to our announcement post, you’ll notice that this building will form two points along Speer Boulevard. This out-of-the-box feature will add a great dynamic to the corridor.
Over the next few weeks we should start to see Modera West Wash Park go vertical above the street level.
Between Modera and the Alexan development at 355 Logan, How long can that little auto repair operation hold out?
What’s the new hole in the ground around the corner of this project on Logan and 3rd Ave???
Another 8-story apartment building. We are ironing out all the details and should have an announcement soon!
Holland Partners is building that one. Mancinelli’s will be sandwiched in between the two 8 story buildings on Logan.
Oh my… 1987’s “Batteries Not Included” j
This isn’t actually West Wash Park. It’s in the Speer neighborhood.
I would be very curious to see the rendering from Logan with the auto shop fronting the design.
Its in the West Washington Park Neighborhood Association. https://www.denvergov.org/content/denvergov/en/community-planning-and-development/registered-neighborhoods.html
