Diamond Lofts

Name: Diamond Lofts

Location: 2210 Blake St.

Developer: Osborn-Solen, Inc.

Type: For Sale - Multi-family Residential

Square Footage: 50,000

Cost: $14,000,000

Number of Units: 27

Description: Two levels of underground parking, ground floor retail, three levels of condominiums, with units ranging in size from 800 SF to 2,200 SF.  This project replaces the existing building at the corner of 22nd & Blake Streets.

Current status: Under construction, completion scheduled for Summer 2006.

This block is catty-corner from Coors Field and is home to the Breckenridge Brewery, one of Denver's first downtown brewpubs. That structure is notable for its gently curved front roofline.  Most of the rest of the buildings on the block also have some historic or architectural significance.

The two undeveloped lots on this block both sit on corners, presenting great opportunities for high visibility projects that would help anchor the intersection, strengthen the street wall, and complement the new Diamond Lofts project.
