In my blog entry of September 10, I reported on the next tower project proposed by East West Partners, known as City House, in Downtown Denver’s booming Central Platte Valley. The 23-story City House project is planned for the Union Station side of the railroad tracks across from the Manhattan, along Chestnut between 18th and 19th. Since then, the design has evolved and, according to the Riverfront Park website, is much closer to becoming a reality. Construction could begin as soon as Summer 2007.
