Shifting gears to another booming urban oasis, Civica Cherry Creek is now complete in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood. This project has been a long time in the making as our announcement post for the project was almost exactly three years ago. You can follow all of the progress with our post history linked below:

Civica Cherry Creek Post History

Civica Cherry Creek is a seven-story building that steps down to five-stories to the north to comply with Cherry Creek’s zoning. It provides the neighborhood with 112,000 square feet of office space built over a substantial amount of ground floor retail, totaling 11,000 square feet. Below are three photos of the project from along Fillmore Street, between East 2nd and 3rd Avenue.

The facade is comprised of mostly brick and glass with a limestone base and copper accents. The backside of the building is just as good as the front, as the facade remains consistent around the entire building.

As you may have noticed in the above photos, the tree foliage looks a little more like summer as these photos were taken in late September. That being said, here are photos of the ground level where the lobby, retailers, and large outdoor patios will sit. The scene might be slightly different today as the retail spaces are more open to the street; the blank walls are protecting the glass for the retail spaces.

Let’s wrap up with a final straight on view of the project.

Welcome to Cherry Creek North, Civica Cherry Creek!
