Today, Let’s visit the west quadrant of River North where multiple projects are currently under construction. This area encompasses Denargo Market and everything west of the train tracks up to 33rd Street. Present-day, the same three projects we featured in May are still under-construction with no new projects starting.

Denargo Market Phase 3. Since topping out in the spring, facade work is now underway for this eight-story building. When looking at the facade, the use of red brick from the ground to the roof is a nice surprise. This brick adds a nice splash of red to the Denargo Market area as most of the other existing buildings feature more neutral colors. When complete, this project will feature 337 apartment homes.

AMLI RiNo. Just down the road from the above project, AMLI RiNo is making great progress. The south building has topped out at seven stories with the north building now underway. There are no signs of the facade just yet. When looking back at the renderings, it will feature mostly dark metal paneling. When complete, AMLI RiNo will provide 390 apartment homes to the area.

DriveTrain. Last but not least, DriveTrain has been making swift progress. Along Brighton Boulevard, the project has topped out at six stories with exterior work now underway. When complete, DriveTrain will feature 403 homes along the Brighton Boulevard corridor.

That’s it for the west quadrant. Even with new projects slowing, there is quite a bit of construction taking place around Downtown Denver.
