Over in the Jefferson Park neighborhood a 21-unit for sale development has been making some progress. Given the current rental boom we are in, for sale projects are quite rare.

Clay/28th is going to be a 4-story building. Below you can see that the core has topped out and the main structure is starting to go up. On a side note, it appears they were storing some equipment hoisted up on the crane. It was a very unique sight.

Given the recent news that the Four Seasons has officially sold out, the condo market has been making a great recovery around Downtown Denver. Along with that, Jefferson Park is becoming increasingly popular and a lot of infill projects like this are starting to come about making this another up and coming urban edge neighborhood.
