Let’s check out the Delgany Apartments at 15th and Delgany. Foundation work is well underway and this project is looking like it’s going to break above street level within a week or two!

I was able to get a great shot from a parking garage overlooking most of the project. As I mentioned in a previous post, you can see the concrete pumps are being put on crane-like shafts which will rise with the building as each floor is poured. We can also see two cores starting to rise on both sides of the project. As far as height is concerned, the structure will rise to about the first row of glass on the taller portion of the Waterside Lofts.

Do you like following projects on a more frequent basis? The Opus Group has provided the public with a great webcam for this project. There you can go back and see previous days and even watch a time-lapse of the project. It’s good to finally see some of these Union Station projects rise out of the ground, hopefully with many more following the trend!
