Since my last update on the Westwood Crossing development, the project has moved vertically very quickly, constructing three elevator shafts and framing in the first and second floors.

Looking south from Alameda Avenue, the building profile is beginning to appear and the 5,000 square feet of commercial space is now clearly defined as the residential units are framed in around the commercial space.

Looking northeast from Nevada Street below the podium will be the leasing offices for the building.

Westwood Crossing will provide the neighborhood with 98 affordable homes.
