When we last visited Civica Cherry Creek back in March, the core for the four/seven-story office building was just starting to go vertical above the street level. Fast forward eight months, the steel structure is complete, the building topped out, the tower crane was taken down, and the facade is now starting to go up.
The brick and glass facade looks nothing short of great. In addition to the great facade, the step down in height towards 3rd Avenue breaks up any possible monotony for a project this size.
Here are two more photos of Civica Cherry Creek from the surface parking lot across Fillmore Street; which also might get developed soon!
Even though the back of the building faces an alley, the brick and glass on the back will remain consistent with the front.
When complete, Civica Cherry Creek will be a great looking addition to Cherry Creek North. We will swing back around when this project is complete.
